SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

We get every order ready within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday.
Nothing ships out or arrives on weekends or holidays.
When order volume runs high, your package could leave a few days later than usual.

Transit takes time of its own, so plan for some extra days before it reaches you. Most deliveries inside the USA take 3 to 5 days. Some orders go out from our Hong Kong warehouse, and in those cases delivery can stretch to 5 to 10 working days.
If your shipment is going to run significantly late, we’ll reach out by email or phone.

Delivery is limited to addresses in the United States. International orders are not accepted at the moment.

SHIPPING RATES DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Your order travels with carriers we trust, including DHL, FedEx, USPS, and UPS.
Standard Shipping costs you nothing. Every so often, a delivery may run late. Before you check out, take a second look at your billing and shipping address, since we have no way to reroute packages.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Expect tracking to go live within 24 to 48 hours.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Spiderclothing-us.com does not cover any customs charges or taxes added to your order. Every fee charged during or after shipping, including tariffs, taxes and similar charges, is the customer’s to pay.
